Intronics BV recognizes its responsibility to refrain from supporting or contributing to the
violence & Human Rights violations associated with mining of certain materials in the Conflict
Countries including Sudan/ Uganda/ Rwanda/ Burundi/ Tanzania and Zambia
In the U.S Section 1502 of the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act it requires Annual declaration from
companies to the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission indicating if any of their
products are produced using metals sourced from Conflict Countries.
Intronics BV supports the Dodd Frank Act & related U.S SEC rule & promotes transparency
regarding ‘Conflict Materials’ throughout its supply chain & actively works with suppliers to
source metals from sustained & ethical sources. Intronics BV does not directly purchase any
conflict materials from any source and does not knowingly procure any product containing
conflict minerals from the conflict regions.
Unfortunately, we are not always able to track materials further than our direct supplier, all
the way back to the trading houses, refiners and mines. If a CMRT is required, please email
our compliance team with the Intronics BV product number so we may check if we have the
corresponding smelter house information.
